Planning for Your Event

Secure Your Production Slot: Because we maintain a deliberate, quality-focused pace, our production calendar fills up quickly during peak tournament and high school seasons.

• For orders of 100+: We recommend reaching out or placing your order at least 45 days before your event.

• For orders of 200+: We recommend a 90-day lead time to ensure every piece is perfected, inspected, and delivered well ahead of your start date.

• In a Hurry? If you have a tight deadline, contact us immediately at CustomerSupport@bowlingcustoms.com to check current queue availability.

Shipping & Delivery Essentials

• Transit: After production, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via tracked shipping.

• Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

• Address Accuracy: Please verify your address at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

• Custom Order Policy: All sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products.

• Replacement Guarantee: If your order is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a free replacement. Issues must be reported to CustomerSupport@bowlingcustoms.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
